Supply Side

  1. Pre-Audit Interview. An interview with management, purchasing, maintenance and operations staff to determine objectives and priorities of your plant staff.
  2. Plant Tour. Inspection and survey of compressed air equipment, air compressor controls and operations.
  3. Establish System Baseline. Baseline compressed air system with regards to system load, power consumption and system pressure for a minimum of 168 hours.
  4. Evaluate Supply Side. Evaluate supply side air receiver placement.
  5. Determine Leak Load. Determine leak load from compressor capacities and decay rates during off production hours.
  6. Written Evaluation. Comprehensive written evaluation of system, including description of equipment, baseline loading and power consumption. Included are recommendations for compressed air system enhancement and performance optimization, estimated annual savings, and estimated return on investment (ROI) analysis of energy efficiency measures proposed.
